“Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy has used Conference Manager for planning events, conferences and fairs for several years. Our planning of several events has become easier, and has released a lot of man-hours during the planning phase. Also during the execution of events we have used Conference Manager, e.g. when scanning tickets. Finally, we trace each event with Conference Manager’s questionnaire function to evaluate the success of the activity.

We use the Conference Manager for quite a lot, from events for 30 people up to potentially 12,000. Among others, we have used it for conferences, Christmas lunches, exhibition planning and much more. We have purchased Conference Manager’s text service, which we truly benefited from during an evacuation at a fair. Through the system I was able to send a text message to all participants, with information on how they should act.

The system facilitates my work because it is always very concrete to work in, and provides me with up-to-date information about participants and the like. This minimises the risk of errors. Moreover, it gives me a platform for easy handling of communication and communication to groups, registration of guests in the system etc.”
